COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Apex anticipates future coaching opportunities across all academy pathways, including recreational and competitive programs within gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, ninja, trampoline, sports development, and related specialty programs.
We expect opportunities to become available for junior coaches, assistant coaches, senior coaches, head coaches, choreography staff, specialist instructors, and mentor or leadership positions as programs continue to expand.
At Apex, we are seeking coaches who prioritise athlete wellbeing, professionalism, communication, positive leadership, and long-term athlete development alongside technical skill instruction. We value coaches who are team-oriented, growth-focused, reliable, adaptable, and committed to contributing positively to organisational culture.
Previous experience and qualifications are valued, but so too are attitude, integrity, coachability, and alignment with the Apex philosophy.
PROFESSIONAL & ADMINISTRATIVE OPPORTUNITIES
As Apex grows, we also anticipate opportunities across a range of professional, operational, and administrative support roles.
Future positions may include customer service, reception, administration, events coordination, operations support, social media and marketing assistance, athlete support services, education and mentoring roles, and broader organisational leadership opportunities.

Our long-term vision includes internal education pathways, leadership development opportunities, mentoring frameworks, reflective practice systems, and collaborative learning environments designed to support both personal and professional growth within the Apex community.
